Hello? The only one I could not sell in Pueblo during these years was a purged mobile home. The listing date was 11/05/2018. The property was under contract on 12/01/2018 as the full listing price also sold as is. The only reason the buyers had to terminate the contract was that there was a foundation problem but the seller refused to do anything. Then the buyers had to terminate the contract on 12/26/2018. After that the seller changed the listing agent. It was sold for a much lower price in May 2019. If you are that seller, I am surprised you came to post this and did not tell the whole story. Sorry I don't have time to check my Zillow account. Please don't put your fire on me. I already suggested you to pay the money to fix the foundation or give the buyers credit, in that way you would still sell $15,000 more than the second contract.
